Trekking in Morocco, High atlas berber villagestrek in 3 days: imlil, Imnane and azzaden valley

Imlil, Imnane and Azzaden valleys are three neighboring valleys, which offer an authentic experience with breathtaking nature and charming Berber culture.
This great walk up and down the hills is perfect for catching a glimpse of a traditions and customs of day to day life of a farming and herding Berber communities.

Day 1: Imlil (1740m) –  Tizi n’Tamatert (2300m) –  Imnane valley  (3400 – 3500m) – Tacheddirt (2400m) or Tinghourine villages (2200m) (food tasting of Berber specialities – kefta tajine, couscous and a traditional soup Tahrirt)
After a transfer to the village of Imlil we meet our trekking crew, then we start our trek towards Tinerhourhine Imnan valley via Tizi N’tamatert passs 2279, passing by the village of Tamatert. Lunch at the top of the pass which offer an amazing panoramic view ove r the high Atlas peaks. After lunch continue to Ouanesekra-Tamguist. Later we arrive at Tinerhourhine (1600m) where we will spend the night in a local gite or homestay.

Day 2: Imnane valley –  Aguersioual pass (2100m) and Oudit pass (2200m) – valley of Azzaden, night in Ait Aissa village OR alternately we can stay overnight in a village of Tizi Oussem, where we can use the village hamam (traditional steam bath)
We leave the village of Tinerhourhine then walk along the Imnane Valley; and take the lift side of it, to reach the traditional Berber village of Ikkiss (1700m). then continue to Tizi n’Aguersioual Mountain pass(2000m). lunch will be served near the village of  Matate (2000m).  another 2 hours walk to arrive to the village of Aït Aïssa (1800m) OR alternately we can stay overnight in a village of Tizi Oussem, where we can use the village hamam (traditional steam bath)

Day 3: Azzaden valley – Tizi Mzik (2500m) – Imlil (1740m) - Marrakech
We start our walk from Aït Aïssa and walk towards Tizi Oussem village (1900m). via  Tizi Mzik mountain pass(2400m), then pasing by the village of Mzik, lunch near the village before arriving back in Imlil. Then transfer back to Marrakech.
