TREKKING THE DESERT OF MOROCCO

PROGRAM

Day 1: MARRAKECH – OUED BEN HAKKI
Transfer from Marrakech to Mhamid, lunch and night on the road to our camp at Wadi Ben Hakki (a few kilometers before Mhamid).

Day 2: OUED BEN HAKKI - LAHNANICHE
After breakfast, start trekking you cross a great desert plateau. Lunch and resumed walking. At the end of the day you enjoy a great sunset over the dunes Lahnaniche. Installing your first night camping in the desert. Écouter Lire phonétiquement

Day 3: LAHNANICHE – OUM MAZMOU 
The caravan moves on in quick camels, you cross the hamada tamarisk before reaching Ouad Naam, in the dunes. In early afternoon, resumed the march, still in the middle of the dunes, dunes until u Umm mazmou time to admire the blazing sun and to bivouac.

Day 4: OUM MAZMOU – OUED BEN HAKKI
You leave quietly mazmou Um, walking continues through the Hamada du Draa, a vast expanse of desert gravel (reg) dotted with volcanic stones. Return late afternoon at Oued Ben Hakki, rest and shower in our camp.

Day 5: OUED BEN HAKKI - MARRAKECH
Transfer to Marrakech, visit Tamegroute (pottery, old Koranic library ...) lunch on the road arrived in Marrakech late afternoon.
