Marrakech to Fes tours

  4. Koutoubia Mosque : The Almohad caliph built this mosque after conquering Marrakech from the previous Almoravid rulers. Its 77-metre high minaret is decorated with geometric arch-shaped motifs along with a metal orb and spire at the top. The minaret of the mosque is an important symbol and landmark of Marrakech.

  5. Al Badi Palace: The name, Al Badi Palace, literally means palace of wonder. It was commissioned in the 16th century by Sultan Ahmad Al-Mansur as a reception palace to receive guests. Even though a large part of the palace is in ruins now, lovers of history will find many points of interest at this site.

  3. Ait Benhaddou: Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO world heritage site, is a historic fortified village on the old caravan route between the Sahara and Morocco. It is well known for its earthen clay architecture.

  4. Erg Chebbi Dunes: Erg Chebbi located fairly close to the tourist city of Merzouga, boasts of the tallest sand dunes that stretch upto 150 metres in height.
