Marrakech to Fes tours

On the first day, our tour guide will pick you up in Marrakech and drive to the south of Morocco crossing the High Atlas Mountains.   4. Koutoubia Mosque : The Almohad caliph built this mosque after conquering Marrakech from the previous Almoravid rulers. Its 77-metre high minaret is decorated with geometric arch-shaped motifs along with a metal orb and spire at the top. The minaret of the mosque is an important symbol and landmark of Marrakech.

  5. Al Badi Palace: The name, Al Badi Palace, literally means palace of wonder. It was commissioned in the 16th century by Sultan Ahmad Al-Mansur as a reception palace to receive guests. Even though a large part of the palace is in ruins now, lovers of history will find many points of interest at this site.

Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, The man Who would be King and several other Hollywood movies were made here. This city is also known as the Gateway to the Sahara Desert.

  3. Ait Benhaddou: Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO world heritage site, is a historic fortified village on the old caravan route between the Sahara and Morocco. It is well known for its earthen clay architecture.

  4. Erg Chebbi Dunes: Erg Chebbi located fairly close to the tourist city of Merzouga, boasts of the tallest sand dunes that stretch upto 150 metres in height.
