This 8-day adventure is designed to provide you with an authentic and immersive experience of Morocco’s Atlas Mountains. You will cycle approximately 250 kilometers, passing through breathtaking scenery and challenging terrain.

Along the way, you will stay in a mix of rustic mountain gites and comfortable guesthouses, enjoying delicious Moroccan cuisine and meeting friendly locals.

Our experienced guides will ensure your safety and comfort throughout the journey, providing support and assistance whenever needed.

Here are the details of our 8 days tour for you.

Day #1: Marrakech

On the first day, we will pick you up from your hotel in Marrakech and transfer you to our base in the Atlas Mountains. After a traditional Moroccan breakfast, we will test our bikes and set off on a warm-up ride through the surrounding hills. In the afternoon, we will explore the nearby village of Imlil and visit a local Berber family to learn about their way of life.

Day #2: Marrakech – Skoura

We will leave Marrakech and head towards Skoura, cycling through the High Atlas Mountains and crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass at 2260m. Along the way, we will stop to visit the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and have lunch in a local restaurant. In the evening, we will arrive in Skoura and stay in a beautiful Kasbah guesthouse.

Day #3: Boutghrar

Today, we will ride through the stunning Boutghrar Mountains, passing through small Berber villages and experiencing the traditional way of life. We will stop for lunch in a local village before continuing on to our mountain gite, where we will spend the night.

Day #4: Saghro Mountain

On this day, we will cycle through the rugged terrain of Djebel Saghro, an area characterized by rock formations and deep gorges. We will stop to visit a nomadic family and learn about their lifestyle before reaching our gite for the night.

Day #5: Draa Valley

Our journey will take us through the picturesque Draa Valley, where we will cycle along the river and through date palm groves. We will visit a local pottery workshop and enjoy lunch in a traditional Berber village before continuing on to our guesthouse in Agdz.

Day #6: Zagora

Today, we will cycle to the city of Zagora, passing through more beautiful landscapes and villages. We will visit the famous sign that reads “52 days to Timbuktu” and have lunch in a local restaurant. In the evening, we will relax at our guesthouse and enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner.

Day #7: Zagora – Marrakech

On the last day of our tour, we will leave Zagora and cycle back to Marrakech. We will stop for lunch in the town of Ouarzazate and continue through the High Atlas Mountains, arriving back in Marrakech in the late afternoon. In the evening, we will have a farewell dinner in a local restaurant.

Day #8: Farewell In Marrakech

After breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport or your hotel in Marrakech. We are sure you will have an amazing adventure with us and that you will keep the memories of this trip forever.
