During this trekking tour, you can expect to experience the beauty of the High Atlas Mountains and the Djebel Siroua range. Day #1: Marrakech

Our tour begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Marrakech. From there, we will travel through the Tichka Pass, one of Morocco’s highest mountain passes, and arrive in the village of Tamllakout. Here, we will spend the night in a traditional Berber guesthouse.

Day #2: Tichka Pass – Tamllakout

After breakfast, we will begin our trekking adventure by hiking through the Tizi n’Oughbar Pass and into the Ait Tigga Valley. Along the way, we will pass through several Berber villages and encounter friendly locals. We will then arrive in Tamllakout and spend the night in a local gite.

Day #3: Ait Tigga

On day 3, we will hike through the Ait Tigga Valley and explore the surrounding area. We will visit the Ait Hamza and Tissert villages, known for their stunning architecture and beautiful gardens. We will also have the opportunity to meet with local artisans and learn about their crafts.

Day #4: Ait Ighemour – Azib Mgist

After breakfast, we will continue our trekking adventure by hiking through the Ait Ighemour Valley and ascending to the Azib Mgist Refuge. Along the way, we will pass through beautiful landscapes and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We will then spend the night in the refuge and enjoy a traditional Berber dinner.

Day #5: Siroua Summit – Azib Iriri

On day 5, we will conquer the Siroua summit, one of the most iconic peaks in the High Atlas Mountains. This challenging hike will take us to an elevation of 3,305 meters, where we will enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. We will then descend to the Azib Iriri Refuge, where we will spend the night.

Day #6: Takshost – Tamllakout – Marrakech

Day 6 will be the last day of our trekking adventure. After breakfast, we will descend Takshost and hike through the Ait Boulmane Valley. Along the way, we will pass through several Berber villages and have the opportunity to interact with the locals. Finally, we will arrive in Tamllakout and board our vehicle back to Marrakech, where our adventure will end.
